I just wanted to send a note to tell you how pleased we are with Blades’ service. We’ve had Dennis out to our house to do a yearly maintenance for the past two years and I have to tell you how professional and thorough he is. My husband has always been home for the visits and he said that Dennis doesn’t rush, he’s honest and dependable, he checks everything out, give us beneficial information on the HVAC system and even cleans up the floor area when he’s done which I find very considerate. I usually work with Patsy in the office setting up appointments for our home and a rental in Millsboro; Patsy is also to be commended in my opinion for her professionial manner, the effort she makes to accommodate our schedule and follow up whenever necessary and her generally pleasant and patient demeanor. For any caller, she provides a great first impression of the company and it’s a please to work with her and her coworkers.
